Peace = Shanti = Meditation

It is very quit my mind is still! I am content and feel peace.....

Slowly thoughts try to enter my mind, I decide to observe them from a distance.
It feels like I am watching television, I don't watch what makes me feel un-happy or un-comfertable. I zap away, no it is more like a slide show. I click on, but it al appears slowly, not with stress I delete what I don't like. Now it gets interresting, that is what I mean. I made space for creativity, I erased everything that starts with un- and now creativity and ideas are left.
I make my mind empty again, concentrate on the heart chakra. I feel love and gratitude, I thank God. I come out of the meditation, out of the silence and now I feel ready.
It is time for action,but with peace in mind
